In some instances we may negotiate an offer over the phone/email, and in others, such as larger collections for mixed estates, we will travel to your location for convenience and more accurate estimates.

Is there any obligation after receiving an offer?

No. There is never any obligation to sell. We are happy to review items and provide information so you can decide what feels right for you.

Should I still contact you if I'm planning to hire an Estate Sale company or Auctioneer?
